BHC News

Greetings,

The Beverly Hills Concierge Service has partnered with KB Home to welcome Ascent at Warner Center in Woodland Hills to the BHC family. Ascent is 191 Units with at least 167 sold. We look forward to providing onsite concierge and security services to the residents of Ascent. KB Home was referred to the BHC from Action Property Management. We truly appreciate all the business that APM has given us and look forward to fruitful relationship.

I met with the Merit Property Management about providing them with on site services for a few properties. The lunch meeting was held at Trader Vics and I must say we were all surprised at how great the food tasted and I only spent $60 for three people. The meeting was productive and the BHC looks forward to our first partnership with Merit.

We have had a very busy few weeks with signing up new properties and events. The BHC June Mixer at The First & Hope Supper Club was fantastic. The owner Steven was the perfect host and the band was first rate. The drinks were truly divine and the staff was friendly. I must say it felt great to be on stage with my staff who were all smiles the entire event. For pictures, CLICK HERE!

We have a few barbeques planned for the summer. The first will be at EVO on July 31st and then August 7th Ascent will have theirs. LUMA's barbecue is still being planned but hopefully sometime in August. On August 25th we have our next BHC Mixer at Rosa Mexicano LA LIVE. Stay tuned for details.

Lastly, we have another KB Home property signing up at the end of the month and we start discussions with another downtown HOA about providing them with security/concierge services. This account will be our largest to date so cross your fingers.

For anyone wanting to get out of Los Angeles, I truly suggest you take the train down to San Diego. Make sure you take the business class and get your tickets in advance. If you are young and want to party a bit then I suggest staying at the Hard Rock Hotel. If you want a relaxing atmosphere then you should try the Andaz Hotel or the Hilton. My favorite restaurant was The Searsucker. The food was incredible and the crowd was probably the best looking crowd I have seen in one location. Most importantly everyone was very approachable. The best straight club is Fluxx and the best gay club would be Eden according to my research, which included tipping doormen, concierges and meeting locals who all made sure I could get into these clubs.

The train only took two and a half hours. There so much to do in SD and I must admit 2 days was not enough. From the pool party at the Hard Rock to major league baseball just next door, great dining, great bars...this city has it all and all within a quick walk or five dollar taxi ride. If you are looking for a fun vacation or a quick weekend getaway, San Diego tops my list.

That all for now!

Have a great summer!
